Remember, even though your salary and leave is looked after by us, you’ll essentially be just like any other member of the Spark team.

Before you start, you’ll need to complete some forms for us and the IRD.

It’s important to book leave with your Chapter Lead. Then use the form below to update any annual leave or sick leave in your pay.

Will I work at Spark?

Yes, absolutely. You’ll be employed by Inside Voice™, but you’ll work at Spark where your Chapter Lead will look after you. The Inside Voice™ team will make sure you get paid and keep track of your leave.

When do I get paid?

You’ll get paid on the 22nd of each month for the whole month. This is part in advance and part in arrears. You’ll be emailed a payslip on payday with all your pay information in it.

How do I book a holiday?

You build up holiday pay month by month. Your payslip will tell you how many days you have owing and you can arrange leave with your Chapter Lead and book it below.

What if I’m sick?

Stay home and get well. You have up to 10 days sick leave a year if you, or someone you’re responsible for is unwell. Just complete the sick leave form below to let us know.

What if my pay doesn’t look right?

If there’s something not quite right with your pay or your payslip, mention it to your Chapter Lead and email Angela.

I’m still confused, what now?

Have a chat to your Chapter Lead and they can help or call Angela and we’ll work it out between us. It’s really important you feel comfortable ready to do what you do at Spark.
